    The call's on Google Meet. Not driving, not walking the dog, not at the gym. If you'd rather do a phone call, message me beforehand — that works too. What doesn't work is a call I have to compete with.

    Get specific. “I fall off every time work gets busy” beats “I lack motivation.” The clearer you are, the more I can fix.

    Be ready to walk through what you've already tried.

    Programs, apps, coaches, that one cut that worked until it didn't. What worked briefly, what never worked, what you're still doing. This is how I find what's actually missing.
